Privacy Notice – Free Menopause Masterclass

Your privacy matters to me. This notice explains how your personal information is used when you register for my free (Peri)Menopause Masterclass.
Who is responsible for your data?
The masterclass is organised by Diana Siepmann through Bizzy Bee Team BV, Belgium.
What information do I collect?
When you register, I collect your name and email address, along with information necessary to manage your registration and event communications.
How is your information used?
Your information is used to:
- Register you for the masterclass.
- Send your confirmation, Zoom access details, reminders and relevant follow-up information.
- Provide access to the educational materials associated with the masterclass.
Registration information is processed to provide the free event you have requested.
Which platforms are involved?
I use Flodesk to manage registration and email communications and Zoom to deliver the online masterclass. These providers may process registration or participation information in connection with their services.
What about the Personal Symptom Pattern Explorer?
The downloadable Excel workbook is for your personal use. I do not receive or collect the health information you enter into it unless you choose to share it with me separately.
Newsletter and marketing communications
I may also offer you the opportunity to receive my newsletter and information about future educational programmes. Where your consent is required, you can choose whether to receive these communications and unsubscribe at any time.
How long is your information kept?
Registration information is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the masterclass and associated communications, subject to applicable legal requirements. Newsletter subscription information is retained while you remain subscribed, subject to necessary consent and unsubscribe records.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where applicable.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, such as the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
International processing
Flodesk and Zoom may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, applicable data protection safeguards must be in place.
